AI is reshaping social and governance systems at every level, influencing eligibility decisions, public services, democratic participation, economic opportunities, standards development, and digital rights. Yet many Responsible AI frameworks rely on universal principles that may not align with diverse social, cultural, and political contexts.
Rooted in the concept of data justice, the 2026 Forum examines how global AI governance can be adapted to better reflect community realities, historical inequities, power dynamics, and regional differences in institutional readiness.
